Evident EMEA Merchandise Shop Guideline

Dear Evident EMEA colleagues,
We are pleased to introduce our EVIDENT EMEA Merchandise Shop (EEMS), a convenient platform designed exclusively for Evident EMEA employees to order corporate merchandise for professional use, including give-aways for clients and other promotional purposes. To ensure a smooth and efficient experience, we have established the following guidelines to govern the use of the Corporate Merchandise Shop. Please familiarize yourself with these guidelines and adhere to them when placing orders.
1. Access
(1) The EEMS is accessible only to certain Evident employees.
(2) Your access to the EEMS is based on your personal login credentials.
2. Purpose
The EEMS is provided for ordering corporate merchandise for professional use. These items may include, but are not limited to, promotional materials, branded clothing, office supplies, and accessories.
3. Ordering Process
(1) Log in to the EEMS using your personal login credentials.
(2) Browse the available merchandise and select the desired items.
(3) Review the item details, including pricing and availability.
(4) Add the selected items to your cart and proceed to checkout.
(5) Provide accurate shipping and billing information for the order.
(6) Submit the order, and you will receive an order confirmation via email.
(7) Shipping costs outside of Germany will only be calculated after the checkout
(8) All orders placed via the EEMS will be invoiced to a central account and therefore not to you personally.
4. Shipping and Delivery
(1) Orders will be processed and shipped to the designated address provided during checkout.
(2) Please ensure that the shipping address is accurate and up to date.
(3) Delivery times may vary depending on the availability of the merchandise and the shipping destination.
5. Returns and Exchanges
(1) All sales made through the EEMS are considered final. However, in case you ordered too many items and would like to return these, please contact Ms. Alexandra Dracheva.
(2) In the event of a damaged or defective item, please contact the designated support email address within 5 days of receiving the merchandise.
6. Proper Use
(1) All Evident EMEA employees shall adhere to the fiscal limits which they must act in according to the Evident Delegation of Authority and which are agreed with their respective Manager.
(2) Corporate merchandise ordered from the EEMS shall be used solely for professional purposes related to Evident.
(3) The use of corporate merchandise for personal gain or unauthorized distribution is strictly prohibited.
7. Confidentiality and Security
(1) Treat your access credentials to the EEMS as confidential information.
(2) Do not share your login credentials with others.
(3) Report any suspected security breaches or unauthorized access to the designated IT support team.
8. Miscellaneous
(1) Failure to comply with these guidelines may result in the revocation of your access to the
